Mistral Hill is still our favourite spot to stay when visiting the Granite Belt and chasing the winter. We never tire of the view and the quiet of the country. We are forever grateful for sharing your beautiful cabin and your hospitality. We got a true dose of the highlands winter, -9.2 degrees! The pipes were frozen and the water stopped flowing! WHAT AN ADVENTURE!!

Came for one night and stayed for four. The cottage is a delight. Everything is well planned and thought of for comfort away from home. Saw the space station go overhead when looking for satellites. Mt Mckenzie drive is fantastic, so to the railway Museum and markets.
We did enjoy the peace and tranquillity!

Mistral Hill was an oasis of peace & Tranquillity on our road trip from Melbourne to Coolangatta. The Lamb shank dinner was delicious. We found it hard to drag ourselves away from the veranda and the views.
